Returns/Exchanges:
We want you to be happy with your purchase! If you wish to return an item you may do so within 7 days of receipt for a full refund and up to 14 days for store credit, minus the shipping cost. We do not refund original shipping charges. All items must be sent back in the original packaging.
Sale Items, Special Orders, and Custom Items are not returnable. If your item is marked as FINAL SALE or PERSONALIZED, it is not eligible for return. When applicable, please look over any proofs carefully and be sure all content is correct. Love Laura, LLC cannot be responsible for mistakes after customer approval. Custom orders can NOT be canceled once placed.
Shipping:
All items that are in-stock and can travel via UPS or FEDEX ship within 3-7 business days and arrive within 3-5 business days from the ship date. In the event of a delay, we will notify you by email. Items ordered together might not arrive in the same box.
